The idea for Patissez was conceived in March 2015, the concept evolved many times before it became what it is today. Although the idea changed the ethos always remained the same – to create a restaurant with fresh, authentic food and something for everyone.

Patissez’s food philosophy rests on a strong foundation of fresh, local ingredients and simple, good food. Patissez’s menu has been designed by Chef Navin with a culinary history spanning over 25 years of experience ranging from India to Qatar to London. He brings his palette and expertise to Patissez, bringing the international experience to Chennai. Patissez’s menu has been designed to marry the familiar and the exciting, interpreting Patissez’s international roots with an Indian palette in mind. You will find both familiar favourites but also flavours that will surely intrigue and excite.
Though we bring the classic Australian flavours on our menu such as our Thyme Roast Chicken and Spiced Pork Ribs, we also bring to, twists on classic favourites such as the Tandoori Chicken, Anglo Beef curries etc.
